Knowing what matters and getting clear on the values that matter to you are part and parcel of being an entrepreneur.
Understanding your core values helps you fulfil your business’ purpose. It directs the strategies you use (i.e. how you choose to offer a product) and helps you feel more confident in how you show up in your online spaces.
Maybe you didn’t consciously know that being eco-conscious or marketing in an ethical manner matters to you.
Knowing your values, you’ll be able to discern this, and be better able to communicate this foundational principle or belief to your audience in a way that resonates with your right-fit clients.
So they can know you better in a more close-to-home way and choose to interact with you.
All because you took the time to go inward and access the information about who you are today that’s already there.
This workshop will help you create a manifesto of sorts, a blueprint for what you’re about so that people will gravitate toward and not bypass you or your work.

Simply put, your Business Manifesto is a declaration for all who come in contact with you of your core beliefs and values.
Having this tool at your disposal means the outward-looking face of your business (ahem, that’s YOU), reflects not only your beliefs, but who you are on a deeper level.
One that your audience—i.e. your potential clients—can relate to in a more connected way.
Our values and beliefs make up the core of who we are and give us a solid foundation upon which to build our business.
Having clearer insight, especially as a woman in business, your audience will be able to connect with you and start to build trust in who they’re continually see.
Trust that eventually leads to them becoming clients.
We know, however, that trust isn’t built in a vacuum, but rather in the many moments that your authentic being shines through—with no filters, nor any cover ups—so that when it comes time to hiring someone…they choose YOU.
Because they will have found their right-fit person….and you will have found the client meant for you. It’s a 2-way street.

The Details
We will meet for 2 hours (1 time per week) for 5 consecutive weeks,
Through specifically tailored exercises and group discussions, you will work on rooting out your own personal core values and beliefs to help define the work you do.
Day 1: WHO ARE YOU?
Through the power of presence we clarify who you are and what you’re about using words, images and experiences. Here you’ll be setting your foundational blocks.
Day 2: DEFINING CORE VALUES
Today’s work I refer to as the Salt of the Soul. This is where you do the deep work to define, then refine your core values and long held beliefs.
Day 4/5: Your BUSINESS MANIFESTO
The intense work for these 2 days is putting it all together and crafting your business manifesto and where you’ll flavour your content with the salt of YOUR soul.
Day 3: I BELIEVE…”
The heart of the workshop happens today. Using the information gleaned from the previous days you will begin the process of writing your “I believe” statements.

FAQ's
Do I need to prepare for the workshop?
You'll not need anything more than a willingness to do the work it takes to reach in and get your answers.
Can I miss a day?
I strongly suggest against it. Each day of the workshop builds upon the next so missing a day would put you behind the other attendees.
Will we have access to a community space?
Yes, in my WayFinding Community Space there will be a private group for the workshop where you'll be able to ask questions and support other participants as you do the exercises for each day's session.
Will a recording of each day be avaiable?
Yes, a recording of each day will be uploaded to our online Classroom site. You'll be able to access it for the duration of the workshop, plus an additional 2 weeks after workshop ends.
The Salt of Your Soul Workshop is a facilitated-only workshop, It is NOT a self-paced course. To create an intimate, connected environment for this deep work, there will only be a maximum of 10 participants.
